Shipping Policy
Our goal is to offer the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers worldwide every day, ensuring that we always provide the highest level of response.
The term of the contract is divided into two parts:
Lead time: order verification, preparation, quality control and packing. All orders are shipped to the manufacturer within 48 hours of placing the order. The manufacturer then processes the orders, which takes up to 5 business days.
Shipping time: Refers to the time it takes for a shipment from our warehouse to your door after the manufacturer has processed your order. After processing and leaving the warehouse, products usually take 10-20 business days to arrive after the shipping date. We apologize for delays in delivery if the package you sent requires customs clearance/inspection or due to shipping delays caused by the carrier.
